Discussing the Leading China - Global Business Issues
The word “Ganbei” (干杯) means “Cheers” and in a Chinese business context is a gesture often done to celebrate a new deal or partnership. Our show recognizes that ongoing China - Global business integration issues are plenty, and there needs to be an outlet for real working professionals to discuss them in a thoughtful, patient setting. We're not looking to get into contentious discussions on the "why" part of this story, we are looking to focus on the impact and how businesses adapt. Let's get to it.

About Us
Who We Are
Art Dicker is the Host of "Ganbei" and Jason Hu is the chief Advisor. Both are seasoned China business executives with a passion for producing high-quality business content that is both timely and useful.
Our Mission
Ganbei is trying to solve the problem that people all too quickly are forced to somehow chose sides in the narrative on China’s growing importance in global business. We see mainstream and especially social media as contributing to this problem. The loudest voices on the airwaves and in cyberspace drown out the more patient ones on these issues, and we want to see that changed.
We stick to business – specifically how China's integration with the global business world will go in version 2.0, and what will the impact be to real businesses.
What makes us different from all the other China-focused shows? Simple. Many of our contributors live and work in China. While there is an important role for traditional media and podcast guests like journalists and experts from academia or Washington, D.C. think tanks to play, the vast majority of our contributors are themselves people with real businesses experience in China.
